I have spent the past several months planning to rebrand my datacenter and the services that we offer. The first step that I took was to run a survey encompassing the customers that I already had and ones that have shown interest. The feedback received from the survey gave me the information I needed to plan out the direction I would take with our services and rebrand. With the customers’ direct feedback, I will be able to address the needs that they have in order to provide a better service.
