Joe Morgan was recently quoted in a Business Journal column “15 Smart Ways to Motivate Your Remote Team to Connect and Collaborate”, as a member of the Kansas City Business Leadership Trust.
To keep our projects better organized with employees working remotely, we have invested in the Monday task management tool. This has given us a shared space to map out projects, set deadlines and assign tasks for our team. We have one scheduled group Zoom meeting a week to connect and discuss what is for the good of the group, while not overusing virtual calls to the point of burnout.
