Joe Morgan was recently quoted in a Forbes column “Eight Critical Prioritization Tips When Everything Seems Important”, as a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC).
Because I manage a data center, a majority of the work that I do is on big projects. That’s why it’s important for me to break the larger projects into steps that I can then set deadlines for accomplishing. The deadlines are what keep me focused on the goals of the projects we are working on and helps me to prioritize my time.
