Having a daily routine means everything when it comes to my productivity and energy levels. By going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, not just on weekdays, I am able to maintain a pace that works best for my needs. Working from a calendar, I can easily see the deadlines that are approaching and can give focus to the tasks that keep projects moving along.
