Joe’s Datacenter is located at 1325 Tracy Ave in Kansas City, MO. We chose this building because of its excellent selection of bandwidth providers and redundant power grids. We have built out two main facilities: DC1- all of our internal dedicated servers & virtual servers and DC2- customer access and colocation.

Before gaining access into the facility you must have a keycard/pin access and biometrics and keys to get through the steel doors plus deadbolts. Each entrance to the data center and throughout the inside of the facility is multiple security cameras. Also, in the Colocation DC there is a security camera on every row. All of our security cameras record and are remotely monitored. Check out our- live datacenter camera.

Datacenter Network Overview

Earth-32

We currently have multiple bandwidth providers that ride multiple fiber connections into the data center to terminate into our equipment. Utilizing multiple edge and distribution switches we are able to maintain 99.9% or better network up-time. We have recently upgraded the backbone of our network to utilize redundant fiber paths to all switches and replaced older equipment so we can provide IPv6 service to our customers. We keep spare replacement parts on site for all network equipment as well as doing nightly backups of switch configs. New upgrades to the edge network allow for 10GB ports and larger IPv4 and IPv6 bgp tables from our providers. We utilize 10GB ports with all our providers.

Test our connections with our Speed test files and Network looking glass.

New clients are billed for their first month’s service on the day the service is ordered. Once the invoice is paid, the service will then be sent off for completion.

The following month you will be billed a pro-rated partial amount to the 10th of the next month. Invoices will be generated and sent out on the 1st of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the month.
